What's inside a MYTOOGO Advent calendar?
Each product is different. Our Christmas ornament building calendar features miniature projects, while our animal-themed calendars contain themed mini surprises. Check the product listing and images for the details of your chosen calendar.
Can I mix different calendars in one order?
Yes. Add different eligible MYTOOGO calendars to your bag or use our Build Your Own Gift Bundle section. Eligible quantity discounts are applied at checkout.
What discounts are available?
Eligible product orders qualify for 15% off when buying 2 or more, 20% off when buying 3 or more, and 25% off when buying 4 or more. Only the best qualifying quantity discount applies. Eligible first-time email subscribers can also enter WELCOME10 once for an additional 10% off. Final eligibility and discount totals are confirmed at checkout.
Ordering and delivery
Which countries do you sell to?
Our main markets are the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Available shipping destinations and delivery services are shown at checkout.
How long does dispatch take?
Our current order preparation target is 1–3 business days before dispatch. Transit time depends on destination, postal code, the carrier service and seasonal demand; any delivery estimate is separate from preparation time.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Delivery before a particular holiday cannot be promised unless a specific delivery commitment is shown for your order. Order early and review the estimated timing at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping options and their current charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Any local import charges or tax treatment depend on applicable law and checkout details.
Payments and after-sales support
Which currency will I see?
Customers in the US, UK and Australia can browse prices in USD, GBP and AUD respectively, subject to their selected market. Your final checkout total and currency will be displayed before you pay.
I need to change an order or report a problem.
Use our contact page and include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description. If your order is already in transit, certain changes might not be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number, clear photos where practical and an explanation. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the applicable consumer protection laws and our published return policy.
Gift boxes and product safety
Does the Gift Box Builder include gift wrapping?
The online gift-box illustration is a preview of your selected products, not a promise of physical gift packaging. Gift wrapping, special boxes or cards are included only where the individual product listing explicitly says so.
Are miniature toys and building sets suitable for young children?
Product contents and age guidance vary. Some items have small parts. Review the product's age recommendations and packaging warnings, and visit our Product Safety & Care guide for general tips.
