Product Safety & Care

MYTOOGO curates miniature collectibles, surprise calendars and creative building gifts. Because designs and contents vary, always check the individual product listing and packaging for the recommended age, materials, warnings and instructions.

Small parts and age guidance

Some miniature toys, decorations and building sets contain small pieces that can present a choking hazard. Keep loose parts and packaging away from babies and young children, and follow the manufacturer's age guidance. Adult supervision may be appropriate during assembly and play.

Not every mini collectible is intended for play by young children. Items described as decorations or collectibles should be used only as intended. Do not put mini parts or decorative items into the mouth.

Assembly and display

For building products, sort parts on a clear, flat surface, follow the instructions supplied with the actual product, and store unused pieces safely. Check assembled items for loose components before handling or displaying them. Hanging ornaments should be secured so they cannot fall within reach of very young children or pets.

Materials and care

Keep printed packaging, paper components and miniature items away from open flames and excessive heat. Unless the specific item says otherwise, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth; do not immerse in water or use harsh chemicals. Keep away from pets that may chew small components.

Damaged, incorrect or missing parts

If a gift arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the description, contact us through Contact Us with the order number and photos where practical. We will review the issue and arrange the remedy required by applicable law and our Returns & Refunds terms.

Safety and regulatory information

Any specific test certificates, safety marks, age ratings or compliance claims must be supported by the actual product and supplier documentation. MYTOOGO does not make a blanket safety certification claim for every item in its catalogue.
